REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
Momentum Media Advertising (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is a digital agency providing professional services including website development, copywriting, advertising management, and creative production.
Unlike physical goods, our services involve the expenditure of human time, intellectual property, and creative resources which cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are considered final once the project kickoff has occurred, subject strictly to the Performance Guarantee outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

The onboarding “Kickoff Call” has not yet taken place.

No creative briefs, research, or strategy work has been delivered to you.
To request a cancellation, you must email info@momentummediaadvertising.com with your Order ID immediately.
2.2. General Policy (Once Work Begins)
Once the Client signs the Partnership Agreement or the onboarding process is complete, refund requests will not be entertained, except as specifically provided in the Performance Guarantee below. This applies to all one-time projects, consulting calls, and retainers.
2.3. 60-Day Performance Guarantee
We stand behind our commitment to delivery. The Client shall be entitled to a full refund of fees paid only if the Service Provider (Momentum Media Advertising) fails to complete the project due to one of the following specific conditions:

Explicit Abandonment: We explicitly communicate a decision to abandon the Project; OR
-
Constructive Abandonment: We fail to provide the Client with any progress update or respond to Client communications for a consecutive 60-day period.
Important Note: The Client may not request a refund under this guarantee while the Project is actively in progress and the Service Provider is providing timely updates.
3. Revisions and Satisfaction
We do not offer refunds based on “change of mind” or stylistic preference. Instead, we offer Revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets the scope of work.

Standard Revisions: Most packages include 2 rounds of reasonable revisions (refer to your specific service agreement).

Scope of Revisions: Revisions must be within the original project scope. New requests or significant changes to the initial brief will be billed as a separate “Add-On” at our standard hourly rate.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Third-Party Costs: Any money spent on Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), Hosting Fees, Domain Registration, or Stock Image licenses.

Completed Milestones: If a project is split into milestones (e.g., 50% Deposit / 50% Delivery), the initial deposit is non-refundable once the project starts.

Digital Downloads: Any instant-access digital products (templates, e-books, courses) are final sale.
5. Client Abandonment (Dormant Projects)
While we guarantee our performance, the Client is also responsible for maintaining momentum. If a client fails to provide necessary feedback, assets, or approval for a period of 30 days, the project will be considered “Dormant.”

Reactivation: Reactivating a dormant project may incur a Reinstatement Fee (10% of project total).

Termination: If a project remains dormant for 60 days due to Client inaction, it will be considered completed/abandoned by the Client, and no refunds or further work will be owed.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank without first contacting Momentum Media Advertising to resolve the issue is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to:

Immediately suspend all services and take down hosted websites.

Dispute the chargeback using signed contracts, proof of work logs, and communication records demonstrating active status.

Send the unpaid amount to a collections agency.
