  • What It Is: A focused video call with one or two potential teammates.

  • Purpose: We dive into the specific skills and technical experience relevant to the role (e.g., media buying, SEO analysis, creative execution). This ensures you have the expertise needed to excel in our fast-paced, data-centric environment.

  • What It Is: A real-world project relevant to the role’s core challenges.

  • Purpose: This is your chance to showcase your strategic and practical skills in action. We believe your time is valuable, so we provide compensation for your work on this project.

  • What It Is: A video call with a People Operations teammate.

  • Purpose: We openly discuss the foundational aspects of our partnership, including our transparent salary formula, the comprehensive benefits we offer, remote work logistics, and how our Culture & Collaboration values translate into daily work life.

  • What It Is: A final video meeting, typically with a member of our Leadership Team.

  • References: We ask to speak with three professional references. We prefer at least two to be previous direct managers who can speak to your performance and strategic impact.
